Refund Policy / นโยบายการคืนเงิน
- For DBS students, refunds will be in credit only, and can be used only for tuition fees for the following terms. The refund amount is valid for 12 months.
สำหรับนักเรียน DBS การคืนเงินทั้งหมดจะอยู่ในรูปแบบ Credit ที่สามารถนำมาใช้เป็นค่าเทอมได้เท่านั้น (ไม่สามารถนำไปใช้กับกิจกรรมพิเศษอื่นๆ ได้) โดย Credit นี้จะมีระยะเวลา 12 เดือน
- For non-DBS students will be credited by transferring to their bank account.
สำหรับนักเรียนภายนอก (non-DBS) จะได้รับการคืนเป็นเงินโอนเงินเข้าบัญชี
Criteria to refund are as follows / เกณฑ์การคืนเงินมีดังนี้:
- Sick leave
If students are not able to be in school due to sickness for 3 days or more, and present a medical certificate from the hospital, the fee will be refunded at 50% based on their leave days.
การเจ็บป่วย: ถ้านักเรียนไม่สามารถมาเรียนได้ติดต่อกันตั้งแต่ 3 วันขึ้นไปเนื่องจากอาการป่วย และมีใบรับรองจากแพทย์ จะสามารถขอคืนเงินได้ 50% ตามจำนวนวันที่ต้องหยุดเรียนเนื่องจากอาการป่วย
- Cancellation
การยกเลิก: การขอคืนเงินหากมีการยกเลิกการลงทะเบียนเรียน
- Request to cancel in April, get 100% refund
ขอยกเลิกในเดือนเมษายน จะได้รับเงินคืน 100%
- Request to cancel in May, get 60% refund
ขอยกเลิกในเดือนพฤษภาคม จะได้รับเงินคืน 60%
- Request to cancel in June, get 30% refund
ขอยกเลิกในเดือนมิถุนายน จะได้รับเงินคืน 30%
- Request to cancel in July get 0% refund
ขอยกเลิกในเดือนกรกฏาคม จะไม่ได้รับเงินคืน
